This Privacy Policy explains how Link-IT Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal data through revaion.com. We've written it to be plain-spoken — if anything isn't clear, email us at hello@revaion.com.

1. Who we are

Revaion is an AI pricing intelligence platform delivered by Link-IT Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Link-IT Solutions Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through revaion.com.

2. What personal data we collect

When you submit a demo request through revaion.com

The only data you actively provide is your email address.

Automatically when you visit revaion.com

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard web request data including your IP address, browser user agent, the pages you visit, and timestamps. This is used to operate the site and protect against abuse.

When you contact us by email

Any information you choose to include in your message — typically your name, email address, company, and the substance of your enquiry.

We do not currently collect special category data (such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, or sexual orientation) and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

3. How we use your data and the legal basis

We will not use your contact details for marketing without first asking for your specific consent. Your initial demo request does not constitute consent to marketing.

4. Who we share your data with

We work with the following categories of third parties to operate the site and respond to enquiries:

• Cloudflare (USA) — hosting, CDN, and DNS provider. Privacy notice
• Web3Forms (USA) — receives and routes demo form submissions to our inbox. Privacy notice
• Microsoft / GoDaddy — email infrastructure for hello@revaion.com
• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP and user agent as a result. Google's privacy notice

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. International data transfers

Some of the third parties listed above are based outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on:

• UK adequacy regulations where they exist (e.g. for the EEA)
• The UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, as appropriate
• Other appropriate safeguards required under UK GDPR Chapter V

6. How long we keep your data

• Demo enquiries: we retain your contact details for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond and maintain a record of our communications, and for up to 24 months thereafter — unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or a longer retention period is required by law.
• Web server logs: typically 30 to 90 days, in line with our hosting provider's defaults.
• Email correspondence: retained in line with our normal email retention policy.

7. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Be informed about how your personal data is used (this notice)
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate personal data
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances
• Restrict our processing of your data in certain circumstances
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects
• Withdraw consent at any time where we are relying on consent

8. Cookies and tracking

revaion.com does not currently use cookies, analytics, or marketing tracking of any kind. The only third-party content loaded on the page is Google Fonts (typography), which may result in incidental request logging by Google as documented in their privacy notice.

If we introduce analytics or non-essential cookies in future, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:

• TLS encryption for all traffic to revaion.com
• Strong access controls on our hosting and email infrastructure
• Periodic review of our third-party providers' security postures

No system is 100% secure. If we ever experience a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours as required, and notify you directly where required.

10. Children's data

revaion.com is a business-to-business platform aimed at commercial pricing decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we hold data about a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and (where appropriate) notified to active contacts.
